Whether traveling for business or pleasure, there's enough to do without worrying about the care of your beloved companion, especially when your pet has a chronic or acute medical condition that requires a caregiver with veterinary knowledge and experience.
Our pet boarding facility was created and designed with your pet's comfort, health, and safety in mind. Your pet’s stay in our clean, temperature-controlled boarding area includes personal attention and supervision by our experienced staff and daily exercise in accordance with your pet’s needs. For your pet’s complete comfort, special toys, blankets and food are also welcome. We also offer baths and nail trims during your pet’s stay.
Reservations are required for all pet boarders.
Required Vaccinations for Boarding
We require that all boarding dogs and cats be current on the following vaccinations:
- Dogs: DHPPV, Bordetella, Rabies
- Cats: FVRCP, Rabies
Please vaccinate your dog or cat prior to the check-in date. If your pet has been vaccinated at another facility, we must have a copy of the current vaccination record in our file (preferably prior to check-in).
Baths and Nail Trims
For your pet's comfort, Wheatland Animal Clinic is happy to offer bathing and nail trimming. Regular baths and nail trims are an important part of your pet's regular wellness care and a great way to keep him or her looking and feeling great.
